Beginner Yoga

Core and Stretch

Focus on core stability, balance, posture and lengthening muscles. Great for beginners and returning fitness enthusiasts.

Interval Pilates

Total body workout using light equipment with alternating segments of cardio and core focused strengthening and stabilization. Challenge yourself and try it!

Mixed Level or Level 2 Yoga

Increased flexibility and strength through postures and breathing techniques. Great for beginner and intermediate level students.

Use of various methods and light equipment to achieve core strength and stabilization.

Restorative Yoga

Uses props to assist us with improving muscular strength and flexibility. Ideal for seniors, physical therapy grads or equivalent.

Slow Flow

Flow style of yoga practiced within our own limits to develop strength and flexibility. Perfect for beginners and those ready to exercise without assistance (physical therapy grads or equivalent).
